All rental rates are in pounds sterling and include exclusive use of the property, for up to 10 persons. Petteril House is a large and well-equipped self catering property providing everything you and your family need to have a fantastic stay. All you need to bring is your own food and clothes. Cleaning prior to your arrival and on departure are included. We will make up the required beds with freshly laundered linen and provide 2 towels per person. If staying for more than 7 nights, we will provide a complete change of linen and fresh towels by arrangement. Prices include full access to all the services and amenities available at Petteril House.
We reserve the right to levy charges should any part of the rental property sustain damage which is above and beyond reasonable wear and tear.
By entering into an agreement with us to rent the property it is accepted that any damage which occurs during the period of the rental to the property or its contents will be reported by email to the owners on vacating the property. Any damage will be assessed by the owners and a charge will be levied up to the full cost of any damage. Payment for any damage to be made within 7 days to the account.

A low season weekend booking is between Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and are for a minimum of 2 nights.
Low season midweek bookings are between Monday to Thursday nights with a minimum booking of two nights.
High Season weekend bookings are for an arrival on Friday afternoon, with a departure on Monday morning. 3 nights minimum in total.
A 10% discount will be applied if the booking is for a total of 7 nights (Fri night to Thurs night inclusive).
High Season bookings at other times are for a minimum of 3 nights, (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).
